Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events outside nog888's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. nog888 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings, missed bets, or missed promotions — arising from platform downtime or service interruptions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations being displayed or processed, nog888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and/or correct the error without liability for any resulting player loss. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or on games affected by a known malfunction may be settled at the correct odds or voided entirely at nog888's discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nog888's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nog888 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Underage gambling or use of the platform by a self-excluded individual;
• Chargebacks initiated against nog888 without prior resolution through the support channel;
• Any behaviour that nog888 considers harmful, abusive, or threatening toward its staff or other players.
